Take off

Its time to clean out the fridge and guess what I found??? Lots of cheese! So I made two delicious "Chäs Wähe". Don't you think they look great? They certainly taste good. An absolutely authentic receipe, never to be repeated in this millenium, at least not with lots of trials and errors....Ahh ummm, burrp... really taste good. Cheers
