Take off

Its time to clean out the fridge and guess what I found??? Lots of cheese! So I made two delicious "Chäs Wähe". Don't you think they look great? They certainly taste good. An absolutely authentic receipe, never to be repeated in this millenium, at least not with lots of trials and errors....Ahh ummm, burrp... really taste good. Cheers

Another super mega exciting day!!!

Decided to do a bit of the neverending tasks around the house. Today I replace a rotten timber ramp with a flash looking steel construction. If you think it will be done in one day, wonder no more! It will only be the first construction step of this project. If popular demand exists I will keep you updated on the progress. So without further comments I will throw myself into it... hummmm, on 2nd thought perhaps better to have a cup of tea first.

Mystery solved - it was the ISS

Just a quick update on the shooting star. It was the International Space Station or ISS which flew overhead. But what amazing speed it travels.

Best Shooting Star Ever

On my way back from Steak & Kidney around Ulladulla at 6:14pm (today 31/3/7). It was only just getting evening. The auto switch on the car switched on the lights, the sky was still a light blue and visability was still good. From north to south there was the most amazing shooting star. It shot across the sky with a blue/white colour and a long tail behind. It travelled in a straight line and it disintegrated somewhere further south. The speed of it must have been amazing fast, many times the speed of a jet airplane. The whole spectacle lasted only about 4 sec. The blue/white light was extremly bright. Much much brighter than any airplane is during landing. Perhaps it wasn't a shooting star but an astroid or perhaps a bit of space junk such as a satelite. Will scan Google to see if anyone else has seen it.
